1. Remove lid
2. Add water
3. Refill with hose or bucket
4. Use optional legs or set the waterer on blocks

Note: It weighs 40 lbs when full, which is too heavy for most to carry. It must be placed on a level site and make sure the valve system is clean.

Cleaning: We suggest periodically dismantling and cleaning the unit to prevent hard water and algae build up from obstructing the float system.
