Pensacola grass seed is ideal for lawns and pastures in southern climates. Excellent for sandy soils that many other grasses struggle to survive. Not recommended in high quality lawn applications due to prolific summer seed sprout production.

Medium green color
Lawn: use 10 to 20 pounds per 1,000 square feet
Pasture: use 100 to 600 pounds per acre
